Matt Purcell – Business Partner

Matt Purcell - Business Owner/Home Inspector

Matt Purcell has always been passionate about the building and construction industry, having built several homes as well as built and managed the construction of a large addition on his own home. He knew that becoming a professional home inspector with Pillar To Post would be the perfect fit for all of his building and construction knowledge and experience.

Matt is honest, hardworking and genuinely cares about his clients, which is one of the main reasons he became a professional home inspector with Pillar To Post. He knows that a home is the largest purchase most people will make, and he knows that it’s his role to ensure they have the ability to make an educated, informed decision. Matt ensures that each and every one of his clients receives the best inspection possible, answers any questions his clients may have, and provides a fully detailed printed report on site.

In his free time, Matt enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife, Carmen, and their three children.
They enjoy entertaining friends and family and vacationing whenever possible.

David Millican - Home Inspector

David’s objective as an inspector is to have you walk away from the inspection knowing the strong and weak points of the property, being aware of exactly what it is that you are about to buy with no last-minute surprises. He uses state-of-the-art equipment including moisture meters, temperature sensors and carbon monoxide detectors. The report he will provide you with, which is delivered on site, contains detailed photographs of problems, covers around 1600 items, and gives you the knowledge that you need to make a fully informed decision.

David lived in Colorado, and moved to the northwest with his wife and children in 2003. Within the next two years he was taking courses at the local Colleges and Managing at Lowe’s Home Improvement.

When not performing inspections David enjoys skiing, fishing, coaching and spending time with his family. David also coaches swimming at the local YMCA and a local Boy Scout of America leader.
