Aldo Rodriguez - Operations Manager

My goal is to ensure that every customer gets the best experience when purchasing their home. Our responsibility is to inspect a home and help sellers and buyers feel well-informed about the condition of their new home. It brings me joy to be a part of people’s lives and to witness the excitement when they are imagining where furniture is going to go and who is getting which room, etc! That feeling people have when purchasing a new home is what inspired me to get into this line of work.

Prior to being a Home Inspector I have worked in sales, the refinery, and as a mechanic.

All three of these careers demanded that I work hard, pay attention to detail, and to be professional. Home Inspection is no different for me and I plan to carry these traits over to help people achieve their goal of owning a new home.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my lovely girlfriend Jasmyn, going to concerts, working out, listening to and working on music. I enjoy artwork, reading, traveling, and spending time with family.

My qualifications include:

Sewer Scope Inspections
Radon Testing
Water- Bacteria Testing
Asbestos Testing
Lead Paint Testing
Meth Testing
Mold Air Testing

I am proud to work in this field and to represent Pillar To Post!

Pete Holeman - Home Inspector

Having been in the Real Estate Industry for over 15 years, has given me lots of experience as a Realtor helping Home Buyers navigate the process of the real estate transaction and now having inspected hundreds of homes I have a thorough understanding for what it’s like to purchase a home with confidence. It’s very important to know what your getting and I believe that one of the most important aspects of the home inspection is explaining what I found during the inspection to the prospective home buyers in a way that they can understand it. In addition I have built several homes from the ground up which has given me the intimate knowledge of a home from the foundation to the roof top. With this knowledge it allows me to focus on all of the important details. I also have served the local community for 25 years as a professional Firefighter & Emergency Medical Technician. I enjoy spending my spare time outdoors with my family.

David Millican - Home Inspector

David’s objective as an inspector is to have you walk away from the inspection knowing the strong and weak points of the property, being aware of exactly what it is that you are about to buy with no last-minute surprises. He uses state-of-the-art equipment including moisture meters, temperature sensors and carbon monoxide detectors. The report he will provide you with, which is delivered on site, contains detailed photographs of problems, covers around 1600 items, and gives you the knowledge that you need to make a fully informed decision.

David lived in Colorado, and moved to the northwest with his wife and children in 2003. Within the next two years he was taking courses at the local Colleges and Managing at Lowe’s Home Improvement.

When not performing inspections David enjoys skiing, fishing, coaching and spending time with his family. David also coaches swimming at the local YMCA and a local Boy Scout of America leader.

Carl Lewis - Home Inspector

My name is Carl Lewis, I am a Home Inspector for Pillar To Post. I began training to be a home inspector in 2017. I have always had a keen eye for detail and tend to notice small details others pay no attention to. This made home inspection a natural fit for me I enjoy working in this field because each home is it’s own unique entity, just as each inspection is unique. It’s a huge responsibility to inspect a home and help sellers and buyers feel informed about the condition of the home. I pride myself on doing my very best on each and every home inspection because what I do is truly important. It’s so exciting the way a house can teach me something new, I am always learning and gaining experience. It makes me so happy to be a part of this new chapter in people’s lives. I love the “Chatter” in the background while I work. The conversations about who will get this room and where the couch will go. I am truly blessed to partake of this new chapter in someone’s life.
Homes in Western Washington tend to be exposed to rain and moisture. I often find that there can be exterior damage due to neglecting routine maintenance. I pay special attention to these areas to inform sellers and buyers of the condition of the home and any repairs needed.

Prior to being a home inspector, I spent 12 years as an Aircraft Mechanic and 24 years as a professional Fire Fighter. Both of these careers demanded I work hard, pay attention, and be professional. Home inspection is no different for me and I am proud to work in this field and to represent Pillar To Post.

A little bit about myself, I enjoy spending time with family, my church family and meeting the daily demands of my Border Collie. I love sailing, welding and creating ambiance in my mid Century Modern home.Choosing Pillar To Post assures that all of your home inspection needs are met. I am honored to be your home inspector.
